As President of ETP, Krista Mitchell Cornell brings over 25 years of experience in operations, planning, and systems design to lead the firm with clarity, integrity, and strategic focus. She oversees all day-to-day operations, cultivates key partnerships, and designs scalable frameworks that strengthen project delivery and client service.
Krista is known for her strategic leadership, cross-sector fluency, and people-centered approach. She builds trusted relationships across agencies, clients, and communities, bringing the right mix of structure and adaptability to guide ETP’s growth. With a foundation in social science and training in data-driven decision-making, she ensures the firm’s work is grounded in purpose, precision, and long-term impact.

JASON CORNELL
Vice President | Partner
Jason brings over two decades of specialized expertise in traffic noise analysis, environmental planning, and project delivery. As Vice President of ETP, he leads production and business development with a focus on technical excellence, efficiency, and long-term client relationships.
Prior to joining ETP, Jason spent 12 years at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Two, serving as Section Supervisor, District Noise Specialist, and GIS Coordinator. He directed multidisciplinary teams and guided complex projects through the Planning, PD&E, and design phases—building a reputation for practical solutions and regulatory precision.
At ETP, Jason combines public sector insight with private sector agility, helping clients navigate environmental requirements while advancing transportation outcomes that serve communities.

ROBBIN OSSI, AICP
Partner
Robbin is a pioneer in traffic noise analysis and environmental planning, bringing over 39 years of experience and unmatched technical leadership to ETP. As Chief Planner and founding member of ETP, she has led more than 200 transportation noise studies—including over 190 highway and 11 transit projects—delivering clarity, compliance, and confidence to clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Known for her precision and accessibility, Robbin translates technical findings into meaningful insights, helping agencies, consultants, and communities understand the impact—and potential—of transportation development. Her legacy of leadership continues to shape Florida’s infrastructure with integrity and excellence.
