As ETP's founder, Robbin focuses on leading our trained noise team and stays current with state and federal requirements. Her extensive background in transportation noise impacts and abatement measures provides our clients with accurate and dependable analyses on any size project.
Robbin is a proficient writer and can relay the technical aspects of NEPA documentation in a manner that is easily understood by the layperson while satisfying local, state and federal requirements.
She is an active volunteer in the northeast Florida community, currently working with the non-profit Hugs Across The County helping to clothe and feed students in need.

Jason has over 15 years of experience in the field of environmental planning and transportation impact analysis. Before joining ETP, he served for twelve years with the FDOT District Two Planning and Environmental Management Office, with over five of those years spent as an Environment Section Supervisor.
He brings to the ETP team a wide range of NEPA knowledge and abilities in the assessment, documentation, and oversight of project impact analyses and geographic information systems (GIS). Using these skills, Jason has developed a Noise Barrier Public Involvement program that solicits and tracks the opinions of affected property owners and renters.
Jason is active in the community and coaches his sons' soccer teams.
