Noise Barrier Public Involvement

Jason Cornell, ETP's Sr. Planner, heads up our noise barrier public involvement. The following are components of ETP's effort.


  • Develop GIS-based mailing lists and tracking system for all owner/resident surveys

  • Develop Noise Barrier Opinion Survey materials​

  • Coordinate mailing of all materials

  • Perform door-to-door surveys

  • Assist FDOT/Prime Consultant with documentation/coordination/preparation of public meeting materials
